The Visitor’s are a five-piece post-genre band from Dundalk, Ireland. Fusing together their influences of U2, Metallica, Red Hot Chili Peppers and Bruce Springsteen, they have created a sound steeped in layers of muddy undertones with a restless intensity. After the release of their debut E. P “What did You Expect” in 2020, they have just released their new single “Liar”. This will be the first of three tracks dropping this month that are available only to YouTube.
The Visitor’s latest release bridges the gap between Metal and Classic Rock with a track packed full of rip- roaring chords and hard-charging drums, that provide the perfect backbone for a raspy vocal melody that adds an uneasy touch to track. Liar is packed full of The Visitor’s relentless energy that has a crunchy raw grungy tone to it.
Filmed in The Lock Up Studio in Dundalk, produced by Lockup Records along with recording engineer Pete Rust, director of photography and editor Curtis Morris, featuring fellow Dundalk musician, Faye Mc Ardle.
